Since no one seems to be able to find this on our webpage's Downloads section, I thought I'd put it here. You can use this program to creat custum civs for EE without having to leave the server, or without having to load the game for that matter. It's stand alone but it will put any civs you create or adjust into the correct EE civ folder where it belongs so you can access it for game use. www.rtscentral.com/Library.asp?Action=DOWNLOADFILE&FileId=33588 |
