Ok, well with the CD drive, it sounds like the laser that reads CDS is a bit dirty.. Goto wal-mart or whererver and pick up a cleaning CD for $5.
As for AoC not showing up, perhaps you deleted or moved it? Try looking in "Program Files" or "Sierra" and such. Need more info, as I'm not 100% sure what you're saying with this one.
Uhh, if they're cookies, they're probably tracking cookies, so just remove them.
As for the IE error, I have no clue what an error 411 is.

i did a system restore, umm that worked for now, but i restored to a checkpoint from yesterday, im living in yesterday, umm, its like the cd drive wasnt reading my cd, any cd, but it was in there, i think its sesser virus again, see
when i was DL avg anti virus program, the sesser pop up came up, and it was gonna shut me down in 60 secs, so i aborted the shutdown in the command prompt, with the code "shutdown -a" then yeah, i couldnt shut down my computer, because sesser virus does somehting where u can only log off your computer, and the shutdown button never pops up, it like disapears, and also the undock computer button..
il let you take a look at the screens.one sec.

I'd reccomend you goto the store, and but an antivirus program, install it, run it. Run it often. Or if your system is fine now, go download one, run it, and run it often.
You already have anti-spyware, use it the same way as your anti-virus.
Also, go get a firewall. And always have it on, and disable that win XP firewall if you have it running, it's practicaly worthless, and two firewalls on at once usualy is very bad.

Well, heres an example of what my computer did when i had to do the system restore, the browser, neither internet explorer and yahoo browser. img.photobucket.com/albums/v294/Arbitrary-Cloud/ScreenHunter_5.jpg In this one i show you how i cant find your site, sometimes it does this even for yahoo.com its stupid because it was doing that with actual site addresses that are REAL.. img.photobucket.com/albums/v294/Arbitrary-Cloud/ScreenHunter_1.jpg are the icons at the top not suposed to load? this has been hapening on my comp lately. img.photobucket.com/albums/v294/Arbitrary-Cloud/ScreenHunter_2.jpg This aim screenshot is and example of what i was talking about, i really shouldnt send this shot because of the aim usernames but yeah, i dont really think it matters. look at the add, its gone, the link is not sujpported or something, maybe i deleted something? img.photobucket.com/albums/v294/Arbitrary-Cloud/ScreenHunter_7.jpgwhen it couldnt find the forums, after 3 tries with the same url, i had to go through them through a yahoo hit, in the search engine, aint that weird? img.photobucket.com/albums/v294/Arbitrary-Cloud/ScreenHunter_6.jpgi just wanted you to see if there is somehting wrong with my computer in the lil addresss bar homepage thing. i cant edit the homepage, i dunno why.

weird stuff DC. I notice that you have alot of "stuff" downloaded onto your pc, I suggest you try not to use things like Yahoo browsers, toolbars, weatherbug and things like that as they tend to include alot of spyware and poorly integrated programs that tend to cause trouble. I suggest you delete some of those things, then do a clean-out of all your cookies, temp files (ALL of them), then run an anti-virus sweep and anti-spyware sweep. Durring all this do not go to any websites or open anyfiles or other programs. Do these in the order I mentioned. Then do another system restore to the earliest point you can get. If you still have a problem you may need to wipe your drive and reinstall everything again and NOT install those programs.

Yahoo is evil.
Weatherbug is fine however, tends to cause crashes for me, but I've never had any issues with 'bundled' programs with it (a.k.a. spyware)

All those programs like weatherbug, toolbars etc. are spyware, i woudlnt even install them cause they take up memory and make your computer run slow, they also track what pages you visit in the internet and might screw with other program in your computer causing errors and crashes. A firewall is also useful to keep nasty hacker's out. Go to: www.zonelabs.com/store/content/catalog/products/sku_list_za.jsp?lid=dbtopnav_zaIts a free firewall, i used to have it but i got an anti-virus program that comes with firewall.
