I saw maybe 4 or 5 ligit complaints there, the rest are rediculous, unproven accusations and, as with similar unsubstantiated accusations on the ZoS forum, should be deleted to prevent people, who did not cheat, from being unjustly ostracized by people who believe anything they are told even if there is NO proof or even substantial evidence. But Im not the admin of those forums so o-well.  |

argreed. the complaints that looked 'legit' could be faked in about 5 min without graphs and about 35 min with the graphs...

I have officialy been banned from that fourm... I didn't really do anything except possibly what they consider "slamming" however they specificaly stated that for any post to be considered "spamming" or "flaming" it must be in order to start a fight with someone on the internet. Of course that was not the point of mabye calling one of the mods a F***tard once... and yes I stared it out so....
Please I beg of anyone who has a non-free email adress and reads this, check out the official empire earth fourm, look at the 'proof' of 'cheaters' and tell them they are all retarded.

Majority of them are snobs that post there in my opinion after perusing their threads and posts you can easily draw a conclusion of how their site is run; which is by favoritism. REMEMBER that this is my opinion so whoever feels like I offended them don't go crazy.

For any others who have been banned the follwing was the post I made that got me banned lol.
I have been reading these posts for a couple of days now, at the prompting of a friend, and am absolutely appalled at the ignorance and arrogance displayed by these forums moderators. You, Fa™other, say in this very post "nobody was banned from this report". Well then I ask; why is it still here? This thread has NO proof, NO evidence and is related to, by your own rules, a non-bannble offense, which may or may not have occurred. To leave these slanderous and unfounded threads up on an official Sierra sanctioned forum is absolutely ludicrous and should not be tolerated by Sierra. Threads like this, and moderators who attack forum members for pointing out the unfounded defamation of other people who have bought Sierra’s game, makes Sierra look foolish and petty. I too do not tolerate cheaters and will personally ban them from MY games and advise others I know to do so as well. However, the burden of proof that befalls an institution such as Sierra is far greater then that which is beholden to myself or other individual members of the EE community (which for your information is FAR greater then the scope of these forums). Anything short of solid proof of cheating (which frankly is IMPOSSIBLE as ANY name, including those of the moderators of this forum, can be exactly cloned for the propose of intentionally having someone’s CD key banned ) should IMMEDIATELY, upon notice by a moderator, be removed to protect not only the reputation of the accused but the reputation of Sierra itself. This particular thread is a great example of what I am referring to, which is why I have chosen to make this post here. There is no proof or even evidence….a moderator has stated that no one was banned and that the supposed glitching is a non-bannable offense. So I ask again; why do moderators of these forums allow and even encourage such unfounded slander to remain on their website? Sadly most people are like sheep and will believe anything they are led to believe. Therefore, it is beholden upon the moderators and administrators of this site to be more particular in what they allow to be posted in the area of slandering other people’s names. The accused person may or may not have cheated, but to allow a thread like this to remain is unjust and absolutely frightening. I'm certain the officials of this site would be equally offended to see half-informative screenshots accompanied by accusations of cheating in a thread about one of themselves, be it here or on another website's forum. The point is that anyone with PhotoShop can alter a screenshot to show 0 food collected when it originally showed 5,2000 food collected, also anyone can clone a name in order to frame someone, likewise in AoC there are “powers” such as Slavery and Priest Towers that can create cits or military units that can not be justified by timelines or economy screenshots. So you should not be so quick to judge and ban or even to allow others to make allegations here. Here is a suggestion to Sierra (or Mad Doc as the case may now be ) Spend the $1,000 to allocate a days time for a scripting team to generate a fix-patch to illiminate the glitches from the game. As someone with a M.S. in Computer Engineering as well as a B.S. in computer Science, I am more then well-enough-versed in high level languages to be sure that these issues can be resolved with relative ease once they have been identified if there is an inclination to do so. Unfortunately Sierra has not bothered to keep an eye on EE since their colossal marketing (or lack there-of ) blunder left them with a considerably smaller number of sales for the game then they had hoped for. The purpose of my post here is not to offend any of the moderators of this website or even Sierra, only to share the concerns I, and many others in the EE community, have had lately about the mass witch-hunts taking place lately. I understand that there is a ridiculous amount of cheating taking place on EE and AoC, but as sad as that may be there really is no way to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, via screenshots, that a person (the real person ) cheated. Even a picture of a 1,000 HP longsword is not justification for banning the key of a screenname because as I said earlier any screenname can be exactly cloned or any image altered. I myself have been accused many times of cheating by people who think that 50 fully upgraded swords by 10 f11 in a Middle SH, Tournament Variant game is not possible and it makes me very angry to see someone spam in the lobby that I cheated in a game even though I and most other people know it is untrue. Anyway, I’m sure that this post will go unheeded by most of you but I felt it needed to be said. Thanks for taking the significant amount of time it took for you to read this post.

DC for some weird reason the site is set up to show only the first and the last few posts, nothing inbetween. You have to look at the top of the thread and click "ALL" to view all the posts. Also the images are hotlinked rather then just posted so you have to click on the URLs to see the images.
